Costs?
At SuitedSkills we work with a transparent cost structure. You only pay when a candidate is actually placed with your organization, so you are always assured of value for money.
Interns
• One-time fee of €150 per placed intern. • This covers the entire process of selection, guidance and support.
Permanent employees
• One-time compensation equal to one gross monthly salary of the placed employee. • The compensation is calculated based on the salary that the employee will receive in the first month.
International routes
• For language courses, volunteer work, or jobs abroad we charge customized fees. Please contact us for a specific quote.
When do you pay?
•Interns: As soon as the intern officially starts at your organization. •Permanent employees: The compensation is charged after the first month that the employee is working. •International trajectories: Costs are agreed in advance and invoiced after approval.
Are you a company looking for good staff?
At Suitedskills we believe it is important to find the right company for the right candidate. Our goal is to give the candidate the place where he cannot be dragged away! That is why we do not charge any costs for the preliminary work that we do. A fee is only charged when the candidate actually starts working at your company!
